A while ago I got an e-mail from Pier1 Imports asking if I would be interested in visiting a store with a $50 gift card to do some shopping. I agreed quickly as I love the store for their Christmas Ornaments. Our Christmas Tree is a collection of ornaments found over the years, and I was excited to see if I could find some new ones this year.

But instead of spending $50, I thought it only fair to split it down the middle. 1/2 for me, 1/2 for you.

With my $25 I bought this awesome sparkly pickle (because Aubrey LOVES pickles) and the Owl taken out of the context of the store, was gaudy enough that it was awesome. My little brother came with me and bought some ornaments for his tree too.

But...Since the pickle ornament has provided a new tradition at our house (We were in tears laughing at how many ackward comments will happen over Christmas playing a game of "Hide the Pickle!") I went back to Pier 1 and bought 2 pickle ornaments that I will personally ship out to some people. Since it was hard to pick, I did Random.Org to get to he first 2 comments via random, that mentioned a pickle. So, the 2nd, and 3rd winners are....Amanda #4 and Sarah #28.
