demolition time again

Lucky for us, this time it is not our own house...  As I mentioned earlier, my son Patrick and his wife Mary just began work on their house in North Central Phoenix.  I stopped by the other day and got a little tour from their (mini) contractor...

What can I say, I raised kids who can see beyond the exterior...  

They have so many fabulous ideas, I cannot wait to see how it all turns out!
