We decided to go with the frosted window film for the basement bathroom instead of fabric Romans. We needed privacy for us (obviously -duh) but also for the cat because if she sees another cat walk by she flips out. She puffs out to 10x her size and wants to defend her territory.

The film allows light to come through but people on the outside can't see in but we get the natural light. We opted not to do the spray frosting (which we have done upstairs on the 2nd floor bathroom) because I found it very hard to get an even application.This took little time, and should we want to change our minds, we can easily peel off the film.
